To support our sales team, we are looking for a Sales Professional in Munich.

Your Mission

As a Sales Professional (w/m/x), you will:

- Identify and prospect new leads through research,networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential andexisting customers

- Present and demonstrate our product offerings to clients,highlighting key features and benefits

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceedtargets

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales materials

- Negotiate and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Provide customer feedback to the product team to inform future development

Qualifications

Soft Skills

First relevant experience
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a startup or
tech-driven environment

Self-Starter
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision

Strong skill set
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Enthusiastic entrepreneur
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation

Convincing track record
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

CRM experience
Experience with Hubspot is a plus
